Re: Guitar patches on keyboard don't seem like they would work as background rhythm guitar accompanying a real guitarist

Have a conversation with the band about why they fired their previous keyboard player. If it because he/she didn't sound like the rhythm guitarist that the lead guitarist desired; it would suggest that what they really need is rhythm guitarist, or a different lead guitarist who can work with a ...

Re: Garden Room Studio Begins (Now I'm in trouble)

You are linking to images on Dropbox. I did try editing your earlier posts to display them but clicking on the link would just download the image to my computer. I don't use Dropbox myself so don't know enough about how it works to identify how to resolve the issue.

Re: Music Publishing - Project Trackers

I would suggest returning to the publisher and asking them to explain what they mean. It's a contract, you really need to understand it properly.

Re: Gain Question on Yamaha TF Series | HELP

I've edited the original post to display the image.

From the page you linked to you needed to right click on the image and save the image address which was the one you needed.

Re: Acoustic Guitar Repairs In London

I saw a very nice old Gibson J45 there a couple of years ago that had a very nicely done repair. I didn't get more details beyond them explaining it was done by a repair man working in the same building. Hence my suggestion .

Pop into Regent Sound on Denmark Street and ask.

There's an excellent repairer based in the same building that they use.

Re: Machina Bristronica 2025

Synthfest has always been a part of the Sensoria Film and Music Festival, and SOS has been a partner. In recent years SOS has also been a partner of Gearfest at Tileyard in North London. Going back well over a decade, SOS partnered with Analogue to Digital in Exeter to support events over a couple ...

Re: Deleting old issues from my iPad

In the opening page of the app where all issues are listed you just need to press and hold the cover of the issue you want to delete. This will open up a window with the option to delete issue. However, I have noticed with recent issues that they download but don't fully complete, they show the ...

Re: Snake Oil

It's just served up this ad on a sequence of pages here for me. Definitely an example of the Google Ads served up and not an SOS advertiser.

On each occasion I reported the ad as inappropriate and will do so again if it tries once more.

Re: Vocal causing Artifacts/Disortion when using Vocal Doubler/Auto-Tune

I've corrected the image links in the original post.

You linked to the page showing the image. You needed to right click on the image and use the copy image address option to link direct to the image.

Also, you needed to insert those links inside individual image tags.

Re: Roland HD-1 stupid pedals

I've added the image in question to the OP's post.

You made two errors. First, you linked to the gallery page rather than the image itself. And you failed to use the phpBB Image tags to tell the forum you were posting an image rather than a link to a web page.

I've experienced this occasionally. Usually I sign out of the App, close it completely then restart it and make a fresh sign in.

Give that a try and let us know the outcome

Re: A Pc Version of Breakthru Midi Sequencer

OK Lee, I've had to do a lot of editing to make your links work. First, you made a few mistakes when inserting your link between the image tags which messed up the tags. Then you tried to link to the Imgur page holding several images. This simply won't work. You have to make a specific link to each ...

Welcome to the SOS fora  We don't host images here so you'll need to upload your pics/screenshots to a 3rd party image host site. Once you've done that, this topic created by a forum member shows how to include those images in a forum post... https://www.soundonsound.com/forum/viewtopic.php ...
