Re: Repeated Safari or Tapatalk selection requirement on iPhone

Apologies - We updated the Tapatalk plug-in yesterday after they requested we do so, and I tested on iPad and iPhone and all seemed well.

Have passed this on to our web developer to investigate and resolve a.s.a.p.

Just doing a quick test on the Tapatalk app which was updated recently.

Hopefully, when I go into the desktop version of the forum I should be able to see this post.

Re: Logged in but can’t read Subscriber articles

Hi
Your Digital sub ended with October 2021 issue and so subs-only articles from November and December issues are not available to read.

Solution? Renew your sub or buy a PDF of the Alice review?

Re: Reaper or Studio One for drum tracking?

I'm a PreSonus Studio One fanboy so I'm biased, but comping and takes-to-layers for me seems way easier/logical to my brain in S1 than in other DAWs.

This short video gives you a feel for its functionality:

Re: A subscriber

Forgot to mention.... virtually all images on that Mailchimp eBlast are clickable, and clicking the top Sound On Sound logo always takes you directly to the current/new issue listing. This time it goes here:

Re: A subscriber

Hi Stephen The new issue eBlasts were sent out today, and I am assuming as a Digital paid subscriber you received the mailshot shown on this Mailchimp landing page (or at least the US version of it)? https://mailchi.mp/soundonsound.com/the-december-2021-issue-of-sound-on-sound-is-out-now-uk-621326?e...

Re: Is it me or is the USB on these new M1 Macs a bit fussy?

Thanks, that hub looks amazing. It is! I love mine; the centre of my computing world. :-) I use it with a 13" MB Pro M1 and use a Thunderbolt 2 to TB3 adaptor to connect an ageing 27" (iMac-style) Apple Thunderbolt display -- which gives me even more USB-A ports for my multi-TimeMachine o...

Re: Is it me or is the USB on these new M1 Macs a bit fussy?

I assume a USB C hub with several USB A ports is all I would need? USB devices I have are a Roland digital drum kit, my behringer interface, and a nectar controller. Any thoughts or recommendations? The Type-C ports on the MBPro 16" M1 allow either Thunderbolt 3 or USC3 Typec-C to connect. I u...

Re: You are not authorised to read this forum

It would be courteous when the mods alter posts for them to inform the authors that they have done so. We usually do - unless it's a quick moderation made on a mobile phone for a topic/post judged necessary to get immediately out of public view until it can be fully considered and a final judgement...
