As a top-down/middle-out mixer, and newbie, I appreciate any and all mix bus plugins. I too will be putting the native SSL through its paces (currently using UAD SSL G Bus Comp, API 2500, or Townhouse usually). I've used the SSL X-comp too on bus (previous sale).

FWIW, the second version was better, listening on an average computer monitor external speaker. First version had more rumble, and as previously commented, vocals seemed to not be sitting comfortably.
