Re: What Would You Do?
Thanks a ton to all that gave me ideas. I will keep it and record my practices and I will also, as Tea for Two noted, record tracks on it for mobile recording. My son is an amazing guitarist and I could bring the Korg to his house and he could lay down some guitar tracks. I can then take what he ...

Re: What Would You Do?
You're right.
Why should I seek advice from experienced people when I can just wing it myself!
Thanks

Re: What Would You Do?
I guess I'm gonna hold onto it and use it as a separate system. Like stated above. I will use it to record my practices in case I stumble upon something cool. Many times I have done the jamming about thing and thought it sounded cool and go, "Wait, what did I do?" No more. I will have defeated that.

Re: What Would You Do?
I'm thinking you guys are right.
Why try and fix something that's not broke.
Also, like you both said, if there isn't an obvious use there probably isn't a use.
I think I'll just use it to record my practice sessions incase I stumble on something good.

Re: What Would You Do?
Right now I use the MacBook and Reaper.
I have loads of Arturia stuff and the system is flawless.
I just hate seeing the Korg D-3200 sit there not being used.
It is a really amazing unit.

What Would You Do?
I have a 2019 MacBook Pro... Presonus AudioBox96... Roland FA-06... Eris E5 Monitors... But then I have a Korg D-3200 that is in Perfect Shape. Would you ditch the Korg D-3200 or incorporate it into the system. If you were to keep it how would you use it? How would you use it in the overall system ...

Re: Mixing a hit
So would you recommend listening to all tracks in the song? Or go little by little? Like drums, bass, and a little guitar? How would You do it Manwilde? I guess that is what I'm asking. Mixing a hit
I am new here... I also know just bits and pieces when it comes to mixing.. I think I know more about engineering by far... What I discovered on a trip to Athens Ga this past weekend, daughter to college, was that every hit that she had streamed or on her phone had one thing in common. Her music was ...
