Midi cable length / reliability & latency

If 6m(IN)+ 6m(OUT) midi cables are safe not to face latency and to be reliable solution?

Yes, that should be fine. I've used 10m cables in the past with no problems.

Cable length has little to do with latency as MIDI signals travel close to (but not quite at) the speed of light in cables. The limiting factors are going to be the capacitance and inductance of the cable together with the quality of drivers and receivers at each end. With most MIDI devices you would be looking at cable lengths of a few tens of metres before you would notice any issues.

This states (on its second page) that 'Cables shall have a maximum length of fifty feet (15 metres) '
