I'm getting the u-he Beatzille synth soon and have downloaded a few preset files to get myself ready.
But the preset zip files contain readme files that don't make any reference whatsoever to a licence for commercial use. In fact it doesn't say anything about permissions for any use whatsoever. I cannot seem to get in contact with the creators either.
So in the light of a lack of a licence file, am I safe in an assumption they are permitted for commercial use? Is it even possible to prevent commercial use for a preset when all it does is set the synth's values? It's not the same as a sample recording after all.

Correction, I have email details for one readme, but the second presets file has no readme whatsoever, although I do have a link to to their KVR profie (I'm not on KVR).

Correct, there is no sound recording copyright on these, you are free to use them in your own music without problems.
