is it just me or has finder just changed

hey guys...switched on my mac today only to find the function/options thing that used to sit in the middle of my finder windows has gone and its been replaced with a bit of text here and there....why why why????now im getting error messages when im trying to move files about

ffs why cant they leave it alone..

I don't know what you are on about - no one has changed anything.

Can you do a screengrab to show us what you are seeing?

Also check the finder's "View" menu that everything you want is enabled...

secondary (right) click the grey toolbar at the top and change it -back- from text to text and icons or whatever you had before

Well, if you could actually provide some actual information, we might be able to help. Like, what error messages are you actually getting, does it happen on everything, or only on certain drives, does it happen in a new user account and so on...

Or were you just here to rant..?

hey desmond..tis ok.was getting a lot of error msg trying to back up some recordings that i needed to keep the multitracks for...the problem was files that i had loaded into autotune..for some reason my mac didnt like copying them to an external drive, i think it was because autotune made a copy of the file and finder got all upset about it for some reason..took me a while to figure it out though....just got rid of the autotune files and problem was gone...yesterday wasnt a good day for me...busy busy busy and computer wasn giving me hassle..thanks for your offer of help dude
