Where is 'Audio MIDI Setup'?

I'm running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 on a MacBook Pro.

After following a tutorial about using Quicktime to film myself playing live guitar through Logic X I cannot find 'Audio MIDI Setup' on my Mac. Is it possible it doesn't have it? It is not in my applications folder and doesn't come up in a search, is it possible it doesn't have it?

Thanks, found it. I have no idea why Spotlight search wasn't finding it.
