I notice that Senor Blanco has given his list to Santa in the December leader and i'm sure he won't be disappointed ;)

What do you hanker after from the red cloaked bearded wino?

Unlikely to come from any relatives but would be supremely pleased to find these under the tree (if they'd fit):

A Moog Voyager, a U87 and a Marshall Stack..

Many years ago I was advised to get an Archos instead of an iPod. It was one of the best pieces of advice I received. I wouldn't swap my Archos for a fistful of iPods!

A personal guitar tech, with limitless stock of pickups and a time machine. So that I can hand over a guitar and say 'lets try that with a Schaller in the neck position and a phase switch' and have it handed straight back to me.

I've never liked a solo violin, you need at least five for a proper fire.

An end to the X-Factor et al. I'm vegetarian, but should Mr Cowell's head be presented on a silver plater, I won't be offended in the slightest.

I want my bonus to turn up, so I can spend it on a newer Mac (G5) a better audio interface (Pro 40 will do) and a UAD 2 card (ideally the duo with the $500 voucher). THe tired old 1Ghz G4, UAD 1 and Delta 66 are looooooooong in the tooth.

I would like:

Focusrite Saffire Pro 26
Focusrite Octopre LE
Rack to put them in
SM57 or 2
Pair of MXL 604s

I will probably get:

The wrong set of guitar strings.

All the plugins that UAD have to offer, please Santa. I've been very good this year. If I'm on your "naughty list", you should be checking it twice.

I was once like you. Then I got an iPhone 3GS. I am now a drone of the Apple company.
