This slow performance generally occurs due to hard drive corruption. This problem lead in sluggish performance as well as decline in processing according to the given command. In such situation its required to format the hard drive to remove these bugs. However after formatting the drive your all data get erased. In sense to recover those back to hard drive, you cab use backup file. But in case if you have no back up then in such situation, you can also prefer to third party Drive Recovery Software.
