KOrg Kontrol 49 or Microkontrol and Windows 7 or Vista

Does the Korg MicroKontrol or Kontrol 49 work under Windows 7 or Vista? I know there are usb driver updates available on the Korg website, but do these work with the Kontrol? Does the editor work with Win 7 or Vista?

I'm contemplating buying a 2nd hand Kontrol but if they don't work under Win 7 or Vista, I'd appreciate suggestions of viable alternative options that do. I've read varying opinions on the M-Audio Axiom Pro for example - would anyone recommend them?

I'm using the Kontrol 49 and editor on Windows 7 64 bit. No problems to report.
