Software for Counterpoint - "Pizzicato" - Any Opinions?

Post by dubbmann »

Hi all,

I found this software called Pizzicato by a company called arpegemusic.com and was wondering if any forum members had tried it out. I'm interested in feeding it melodies and single-note arpeggios and using it to generate countrapuntal variations on these. The idea is to merge Bach with Froese, if that makes any sense ;-)

I know there's a demo version which I'll download but was hoping people with experience of it could let me know if it's worth investing the time/effort.

Cheers,

d
