SOS I need help with audio file phone call recorded

hey guys im audio noob. i need help to see what is going on with ...... i have recorded phone call and sound is not so clear. anyone willing to help me please?

Welcome to the forums. The members here are very helpful and experienced, but to help you need to supply a LOT more information.

Do you want advice on how to make better recordings in future? Do you want advice on how to make this recording clearer and easier to hear? Or are you asking if there is anywhere you can send your recording for them to work on it for you?

Tell us clearly what you are trying to do and I am sure someone can give you good advice.

How did you record it, what results are you hoping for (eg. just to hear what's said, or for crisp, clear results to use in music/film dialogue) , and are you able to post a clip (...does the other person know you recorded it?!)?

Thank you. well its not easy to say. i want to see what to do with my marriage. you can guess now what is going on. i am not audio expert. i know nothing about making sound clear. i am just someone who is in specific life situation. audio is 30 minutes long but i will cut somehow irrelevant parts so it will be 15 minutes max. if someone is willing to help me and take that file and see what is going on there i would be grateful. I dont know where to ask for this favor. i tried at another forum but guy sent me some weird message like i tried to put some virus or something. thank you again

accidentally call. i just want to hear what is going on there. its my wife's phone, her phone called me accidentally.

Sorry Nova 123. Personally I wouldn't be willing to do that although it might be technically possible to make it easier to hear.

It sounds like you are in a difficult emotional place, but I find it hard to believe that one accidental phone call is the only problem here, so I personally don't think that trying to hear it better is a real solution.

I think you need help from friends and family that you trust, not from strangers on a sound engineering forum.

If her mobile called yours accidentally and you just pressed the record button on your phone, then you will have the recording as a sound file.

The simplest method to hear it is to plug in a good pair of closed back headphones - it will help you to concentrate and hear what is going on a lot more clearly than listening on the phone itself, or on loudspeakers.

You can get better quality off the phone by using the DragonFly headphone amp. - review here.

I use the DragonFly Red myself on both the computer and phone.
