To be honest, although you can get loads of specific advice here, if you're looking for tricks a Google search will reveal a host of 'teach yourself guitar' videos out there ;)

I was hoping for something quicker and with less effort. Like a magic youtube video or something? Or a tape player hidden in my guitar?
