I am looking for a place to find tracks. For example bass and keys on tracks. I can find karaoke type stuff that has the full track without the lyrics. Is there a place you can buy the individual instrument tracks for each song?

How about one of the many places selling Midi backing tracks?

Then mute the bits you don't want & convert them to audio at home/in a studio on a suitable DAW.
