Schertler kit is considered pretty good and the spec looks respectable. I haven't heard one but if the price is right I'd say it was worth a punt.

Still mourning the loss of my 'Jedi Poster" status :)

People often mistake me for a grown-up because of my age.

How much is it? On paper it's much the same as the DXS18 mk1 or slightly less powerful than the JBL I mentioned in that other thread. But if it's £300 then it's probably great for the money, if it's £1k look elsewhere (DXS18 mk2). I doubt you'll find anyone who has used one though as the brand is not that common and is more known for it's acoustic guitar amps.

On the site that I found it was more expensive than the Yamaha (1400€). I didn't compare the size and weight but but the audio specs were very similar.

Whether it will do the job I can't say, but for £300 I doubt you'll be disappointed. It's louder than my EV sub, goes lower and weighs 6kg more so it's a big loud beast, hope it has castors though.......

If that's the one in Edinburgh then you need to factor in the cost of collection (you're looking at 8hrs / 400 miles round trip), but £300 looks like a good price.
