Many website have a link for reporting spam etc, but as far as i can see we don't have one here (unless I'm going blind).
Can this do made available?

It's the "!" icon, next to the "Quote" button on posts...

Already available!
Every post has, in the top right-hand corner, a button with an exclamation mark inside a circle. Hover the mouse over that and the message says 'Report a Post'.
So click on that, type in any relevant comments, and send. the notification goes to all the moderators, one of whom will then check out the post and take the appropriate action.

I never knew that. Hovering a mouse is not yet an option on the idevices. One of the downsides. But I did see a YouTube of a guy who managed to connect a wireless mouse to his iPhone which had a broken screen. Seems iOS has mouse code embedded.
So in one pocket will be my phone and the other shall hold my wireless mouse - great fun on the bus!
