Could anyone help me? :roll::roll:

I bought this new head.
today I tried it and it works well. then it seems to have stopped by itself.
is there any procedure I can do to unlock it?

There is a reset option at the bottom of page 9 of the manual: http://files.tronios.com/Manuals/150.530%7CManual.pdf
Start there if you haven't already. I assume it's not giving any error message on the display?

I tried to do it.
that reset only serves to restore the setting of the changed values.
seems to be blocked.
does not go auotomatically. there is no light. :oops:
Do you need any "Hard Reset" procedure if it exists?
or they will have to replace my machine. Very strange, in test mode it works.

Your image shows the message 'cnos' in the display... But I can't see any mention of that in the manual. It may be an error code. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer for advice and assistance.

I'm with Hugh, given the lack of any mention of factory resets on a quick search I think you're left with getting in touch with the maker or retailer.

Beamz/Tronios website. https://www.tronios.com/

It's almost identical to a unit I bought a while ago and is undoubtedly a badged generic Chinese product, but they should be able to help you.
