... I particularly like the Hound Dog jam later in the clip. (we must have the same Google news feed) - by itself here:

What I like about this clip, apart from everything, is he uses several of the licks and voicings that he uses on electric. But they seem a bit easier to analyse and copy when you aren't utterly mesmerized by the electric versions. Not easy, just easier. Feasible.
And even if you didn't know who it was, you could figure it out from the sound, even in the absence of a Stratocaster and 400w of Marshall stacks.

Instant gratification is actually pretty good. It's fast as well.

It's vaguely reassuring to see that people talked through his gigs too...

Hard to tell with the grainy video but he looked peeved at one point that they were talking so loudly whilst he played.
Intoxicated no doubt which is often not good a good state for an audience to be in.

A sample for your next tune. Particularly because it is said in a newsreader voice.
Anyway, those people who were talking probably were mysteriously crushed by a falling gargoyle, next time they walked past a cathedral.

I used to know a guitarist that had a very distinctive sound, like Hendrix, you’d know it was him if he played any guitar, literarily, this shows that you have a definite sound, that is unique to you, and that’s something worth striving for.

He's playng a Tony Zemaitis 12 string. Its weird because 6 strings are pinned through the bridge and the other 6 are anchored to a trapeze tailpiece.
Great vid though, Angel... i've watched it dozens of times.
