Should I skip from Cubasis 2 to Cubasis 3?

Hello,
I use cubasis 2 with my iPad 3 and the Steinberg UR22 as interface and it really goes well.
I’ve seen released t he version 3 of Cubasis but the new features don’t seem very exciting.
Have any of you tested the version 3 and do you think is it really adding any improvements ?
