I've had one through my hands. I was both confused and a bit disappointed by it. In fact I'm completely confused by this whole Zencore/cloud thing TBH - and I know I'm not alone.

I haven't done much reading up on this board & after god knows how many years i have used mainly Yamaha boards, i may be in for some head scratching.

It's on my shortlist now that user samples can be mapped across the keyrange to make user patches......without that function i wouldn't give it a second thought.

Shortlist is now ......this fantom, Kurzweil Forte, Korg Kronos. :)

Mick, I haven't tried the Fantom, but own both the Forte and the Kronos, so if you have questions then feel free to shout. Both are thoroughly excellent units that I would be very upset not to have..
