Synthesia in Musescore?

Hello everyone! I was wandering arond the internet and I found that in Musescore you can see piano tutorial of melody like this https://musescore.com/user/33801712/scores/5905576. Are they using Synthesia plugin?

To be clear, the notation software has no Synthesia-like view. The commercial online score sharing platform musescore.com and its companion mobile player apps do.

I'm not familiar with this stuff. There are people talking about taking material from Musescore into Synthesia...

...but perhaps what you're seeing is a Synthesia-like feature of the online platform? They seem to be two separate things, at any rate.
