Well, I need metronome with voice count.
Until now I have made and used audio sources myself, but is there a plug-in that enables these functions?
Is there any metronome plug-in for ProTools or Logic?

I use Protools.
We have gotten away from using the metronome plugin, and instead record a voice track that speaks the count like a conductor, and even narrates things like intros and cues, "solo coming up". Less expeirenced musicians find this really helpful and gets them to give a good performance.
This is especially helpful if you start with a natural free meter recorded from a live performance and then derive a tempo map from it. You can voice over the count and spoken cues once like a conductor. Then folks can go and make their tracks while listening for the count and cues from the real person.
Sorry man, there is no plugin that I know of that speaks the beats. Folks just record "one" "two" "three" "four' and loop it. You can burn this track into your template so it will be a part of a new project. Always set the track to be tempo based.

Record yourself or someone with a suitably cutting/annoying voice saying "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8" along with "and".
Might need to do a few speeds, as in fast tracks need short versions of the numbers.
The load it into your favourite sampler, and trigger it as needed. Custom metronome at your finger tips

Re: Is there any metronome plug-in for ProTools or Logic?
I found a set of count and cue samples somewhere on the web, with an American Female voice saying Intro, Verse, Chorus, Bridge, Solo, etc, and also saying 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
I dropped all these into a Sampler instrument in Logic (remembering to set all the samples to one shot, so they play out even after the note ends) I mapped the count to C3 upwards and the cues to C4 upwards
Then when I need a guide track for backing tracks I pull that instrument up. Our musicians and singers refer to this affectionately as 'Annoying American Girlie'
