Live streaming recording VS mixing issue

Hi all,

I'm sorry for my English language is not that good. however, i spend several years to record guitar with amp sim and I've tried to make my own track and even recording over backing track always sound dark and not natural. I've tried to use different DAW and audio interfaces the same issue still exist. Recently I tried to use OBS live streaming through my DAW I found the sound more natural and better than mixing. this is drive me crazy. I don't what i make wrong in my DAW I always follow and learn from youtubers how to use stuff like eq and gain staging ….etc. but no luck. I wish if I find solution for my issue.
