Hi.
I have a pair of Rokit 5 G4 bookshelf speakers and one of the speakers doesn't hold its volume or EQ settings when I switch it back on. The other one does. It's a pain to reset the levels on the speaker every time I switch them on.
Has anyone had this issue and do you you know what the fix is? The speakers are just out of warranty (always the way)!
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

The only way you’ll get a definitive answer is by asking KRK.
Parameter storage could be by battery-backed up RAM, and the battery has failed,
or possibly the same but held up by a super capacitor that has failed or isn’t charging any more. Or it could be via non-volatile memory storage and that memory has failed. But I’d suspect the battery option is more likely.

Reliably fallible.
