Respiro plugin not working in Bitwig 4 on M2 Air

Although Respiro standalone works on the M2 Air, its VST3 plugin shows no MIDI activity in Bitwig 4, after previously working in High Sierra on i7 MacBook Pro 2010. Tested with re.corder (CC11) and EWI4000S 9CC2).

Anybody got it working with an M2 Air Monterey?
