Factory reset is pretty easy to find by searching Google:

Restoring factory presets to your Emu modules.

Hold both CURSOR KEYS (Arrow Keys) down and turn on the POWER at the same time. ...
Let go of the CURSOR KEYS…Turn the DATA WHEEL to the right until you see.
INITIALIZE USER DATA as the menu choice.
Press the HOME/ENTER button twice.
When complete you will see CALIBRATE KNOBS.

Thank you Tried that and my unit is still stuck with a blank screen and all lights glowing red. I think my unit E-mu classic keys is dead. Thank for the help
