Novice, hope I explain clearly enough, sorry if in the wrong place. I have a Mackie PPM608 Mixer, with passive speakers using speakon cables. I have been given LD Systems MEI One in ear monitor system these of course have power. I’m told they was fully working. This is currently connected to the rear of mixer in the Jack ports below the speakon cables above. There is no sound coming through to the in ear monitors but there is sound coming through speakon. Can anyone assist here are the two manuals of the products to help.

Re: IEM & Mackie PPM608
You may have caused some damage there.
The outputs directly below the speakon plugs are also powered outputs designed to be plugged into speakers.
The Mei One is designed to receive a line-level signal, it should be connected to the line level outputs on the front panel of the Mackie.
