where's "copy audio configuration " gone in logic x

its all in the subject..

logic 8 and 9 ,in the mixer there was function called "copy audio configuration "
I use this a lot...its gone

I mean WTF

so is there any way of copying my entire mixer's setting in logic x like I did in the good ole days

Apple removed it years ago. If you do a search in LogicProHelp you'll find some possible solutions which may fit your workflow.

Ya, they moved it and made it “better”
Doing this from memory, at least this is how I have managed to do it -
whoops - ok my memory isn’t as good as it should be. I’ll have to come back when I can open Logic. Basically in an open song you navigate to a previous song (when the Bin or Loop window is open there is a choice to do so on the top right). Find the song you want to import from and there is an Import option that let’s you choose which audio + midi tracks, which plugins, which FX sends, automation, tempo, key sig etc etc.
This mostly works quite well except for me it always buggers up the sends.
Somebody else can probably explain this process much better. It has saved my butt numerous times.

the old way was glitchy but it worked if you were meticulous with the channels and the aux's were set up exactly the same in both projects
