The real test with a company is when something goes wrong and you have to deal with support.
After they twice tried to get out of their basic responsibility of refunding postage, I don't want to risk having to deal with their support over something more serious.
Plus I would rather not support unethical business practices.
To counter this, just looked on TrustPilot and their score is 4.3 but 10% are only 1 star.
By comparison, Scan are 4.8 and 4%.
So 2.5 times as many lowest scores than Scan for Ebuyer.
This isn't changing my mind about them.
