Flow8 48v phantom power noise issues

Hi guys, my flow8 has a loud noise when I turn on 48v phantom power to connect condenser mic.whatever how I adjust and reset all channels configuration ,mute, change power cable , usb source, reset to factory mode, renew firmware ,pull out all others jacks,still the same, but sometimes it will back to normal with no reason then noise again .
When I set the light to100%, the noise will be a little bit different
