Experience with Ample Sound "Lite" plugins?

Post by garrettendi »

I've heard of virus reports with the free Ample Sound stuff. Looking to get the M Guitar Lite VST just to play around with on my iMac. Can anyone verify it's safe?

I've got three Ample Sound plugins (including two of the Lite ones) and have had no virus issues flagged up by MS defender.
They're a reputable company so if someone has picked a virus with one of their plugins I'd be checking if they used a third-party retailer of less than stellar provenance rather than looking at the plugins themselves.
