ViSi Remote only works one way - help!

I have ViSi Remote mixing app synced to a Soundcraft Performer but there is a problem. Adjustments on the desk show on the ipad, but adjustments on the ipad do not transfer back to the desk, so fader movements on the ipad won't move faders on the desk. It's a weird one-way-traffic.

As far as I can tell, all router protocols and HiQnet are set correctly. Any ideas?

What firmware is the desk running and what version is the app?

There was anupdate this month (March 2024) to the manual, which might mean some changes have occurred.

Desk is 1.8 build 0012
ViSi is 3.5.6

Exactly the same happened about a year ago and I found a fix in a 10 second segment of a random YT video, but of course I've no idea what video it was.

Solved it! I had not entered the correct HiQ address in the settings section of ipad. All working now.
