ksoloti Gills standalone

I've built the Gills kit and have no problems running the Ksoloti core in Live mode hooked up to my Air, but I can't seem to find a guide on how to make it boot and run in standalone mode. Any pointers?

Congrats, I've been following this with interest for a while, though I haven't got round to picking one up yet. (The developer Sebastian is very responsive in places like Mod Wiggler.)
