At my church we use a TF Rack with Dante in the back and use a stage box up front. We have 3 ports we can plug the stage box in to, the run back to the Dante. So I have 3 cat5 at the back of the TF Rack that have to switch ever time I move the stage box.
I only use 1 of the 3 plugs at a time. What kind switch can use to combine the 3 cables, 1 plug in to Dante?

Dante will run over any standard switch. No need for a managed switch if that stage traffic is all you have running on it. So I'd put a small switch up on stage, with a single line back to the desk, and then three cables out to different parts of the stage for your Dante front end.
