Private messages limited to one recipient

Hi folks,
It seems the PM function only allows you to contact a single user at a time now; is this a deliberate change or a bug that needs to be added to the list?

Not a deliberate decision I'm aware of, so it must be another bug.

I swear our system developer creates these bugs just before he goes on holiday just to remind us how critical he is.... :lol:
