Video hosting companies

I currently use Vimeo but they keep raising their prices.

Can you recommend a company that can host videos, have them either streamed or downloaded, for a small business like mine?

The obvious answer is YouTube.

It's for a business, so it would need an e-commerce solution. The buyer pays for the video and then downloads it. I don't think YouTube offers this service, but I could be wrong.

I've been using https://spotlightr.com for many years. They are geared towards monetising videos so hopefully their site will be a good starting point on your travels!

You are indeed wrong! They do allow a members-only and pay-per-view option - here is a tutorial on the subject -

Brightcove.com is a great video hosting service that SOS almost went with, but it may be too pricey.

Eddie, surely Vimeo is your best solution? You've used them before... They give you the option of Private links or Public.

I knew about Unlisted Videos on YouTube but in honesty had not realised they could be used for restricted content. Intriguing...

Let's chat about this when we finally get our Gmeet (this week?)?
