Waveform Free seems to be quite a fully featured free DAW, including VST3. I haven't tried it for myself, but if it's useless you could always ask for your money back

Do you want a DAW (digital audio workstation) or a simple stand-alone program that you can run VSTs in and send audio too and from? Or something to host a VSTi that doesn’t have a stand-alone version?

For live performance? If so...

There's Steinberg's VST Live.

Personally I use Cantabile. It can be tricky to get started with Cantabile, but it wipes the floor with any other VST host system I've tried. Plus it has a good commuity forum to help you out if you get stuck.

Tracktion Waveform 13 Free on todella hyvä. Kannattaa tutustua. Itse käytän sitä ja olen erittäin tyytyväinen. Suosittelen.

Hi KNJ, and welcome to the SOS Forums!

Thanks for your useful comment, but as you can see, the SOS Forums use English as their primary language, and while we of course welcome members across a huge number of nationalities, if you want to contribute further I suggest you use a translation utility (as I did with your post).
