I wish to highlight that this SOS Podcast was recorded before Christmas, and that the very sad news is that Betty & Bob's home in Pacific Palisades has been gutted totally by the ongoing LA wildfires, including the destruction of Bob's historic SSL-equipped Mix This! home studio where he mixed so many classic rock and pop hits. The loss is both a personal and cultural tragedy beyond belief, and all at SOS offer their condolences to Betty & Bob for their loss but most importantly to all other Los Angelenos who have suffered from this apocalyptic incident.
