Hello all.
Have the latest IpadOS 18.3 on iPad 10th Gen and installed the Sound On Sound UK app 21.10.
Have an active sub on my account but there seems to be a disconnect on the app as it is showing issue prices and not my sub issues.
Restore previous purchases doesn’t nothing.
Logged in with the correct username and password.
I have tried a false password and it doesn’t let me log in so definitely using the correct credentials.
It’s just not picking up my sub details from the main system or something.
Any ideas?

I've experienced this occasionally. Usually I sign out of the App, close it completely then restart it and make a fresh sign in.
Give that a try and let us know the outcome

Thanks for your advice. I tried it and even re-installed the app but still asking for payment for Feb's issue.
I have downloaded the PDF version and will read it that way instead

"Turn the phone off and on again" worked for me with a similar problem a few months ago.
Might be worth trying?

I’m having this issue right now.
The app seems to flip/flop intermittently as to recognising my subscription, accessing downloads or prior purchases.
I never had this issue in the past; it’s extremely frustrating to be on a 10-hour flight having downloaded several issues in advance & then be unable to read them.

I've experienced something similar where I have issues downloaded and saved on my iPad but am unable to read them because the app is unable to connect to the internet.
I believe this is an issue with the app provider.

That sounds similar, but I’m my case it’s now progressed from ‘extremely frustrating/intermittent’, to ‘denying me what I’ve paid for’.
Needing to be online seems to fly in the face of the purpose of such apps in the 1st instance.
App developer needs to sort it out ASAP in that case - completely at odds with the type of consistency/service that users (like myself) have associated with SOS for decades now.

Hi Michael,
I've checked our App and it works fine for me offline.
I checked your SOS account and your Digital subscription expired with the March issue so that's why you don't have access.
However, if your subscription is direct with Apple then you need to go and check with them.
