I finally got my kenton dcb mk3 extra lfo shapes effecting my jnuo 60 filter
Im using the sync on the dcb with SAw down doing 1/8 dotted on a fairly basic patch..
The whoel setup is a s follows, I have midi out of motu interface going into midi in 1 of kenton "merge 4" I also have the midi out of prophet 6 going into "mege 4" midi in 2..
this is to use the mod wheel on prophet 6 to adjust lfo amount of the filter of the juno 60(i actually did not know this features had to be assigned to other midi controllers..)
pitch bend on the prophet 6 is set according to manual of dcb "aux controller number""sets which midi controller will controll the aux output)
this last bit I dont get but it just works, I dont get it as mod wheel doing lfo to filter cutoff amount- these really sound the same to me ..... but its working
so midi out of interface to midi in on merge 4 midi out of prophet 6 into m idi in of merge 4, then midi out of mwrge 4 to midi in of DCB mk3.... and finally midi out of the dcb mk3 back into midi in of the motu interface
Sync is on on the dcb, ration devide is set to 18 for 1/8 dotted....
Ableton is my DAW, in setting syc is activated for the midi out of interface, (and sync of interface)
Ive always used this DAW sync with the prophet 6...
So the juno 60 sounds fairly synced to 1/8 dotted 110bpm but..
In the file I will attach or link to the first few notes of a loop are in sync, but come the last note of the loop, theres a delay to the start of the lfo on the last note!
this throws thing out on multiple bars of this loop(which arnt in file) and it goes on, in and out of sync, some notes perfect, woobbles ate others
Ive asked kenton and awating response, but why is is not perfectly syncing and theres an "unsync" to last note-trust me the more this loop continues the more in and out of synce the loop is re" lfo
