What if a corner shaped bass trap can't fit perfectly in the corner?
What if a corner shaped bass trap can't fit perfectly in the corner?
Hi everybody! One of my corners has a problem regarding the bass trap. On one side of the corner, it goes completely against the wall but on the other side, there are water pipes from the radiator in the way, causing a 4,5 centimeter gap. So half the corner is completely covered while the other half has a gap. How does this affect the trap and its performance? Not that i can do very much about it, exept maybe putting some rockwool behind the pipes. I tried to link a photo of it from my onedrive but it failed somehow. Thanx in advande!

I wouldn’t worry, I think it will be fine.

Agreed. It won't degrade the performance to any significant degree.
