How Would You Recreate This Vocal Effect?

The whole record's production is truly stellar, plenty to be inspired by.

I'm approximating it and finding some cool stuff-

Single vocal with Space Echo Ping Pong, 1/16th dot on one side, 1/32nd on the other. The vocal is also then bussed to a mono tape delay, 1/16th triplets.

The vocal stem is interesting, sounds like 3 different takes, the really cool part to me is the panned triggering that seems to take turns/move around

Ha! Okay I figured it out and have something almost exactly the same. But I wont spoil it if someone else wants to try and experiment for fun
