Where to get iZotope Catalyst Series bundle for $39?

This article says at the bottom that you can get the whole Catalyst Series for $39:

However, I can't see anywhere online where to get this bundle. It doesn't appear to be on the iZotope website.

Any suggestions?

That's individual plugins in the catalyst series for $39 each. Not all the catalyst series in a bundle for $39.
