Are there plugins which can make my mix sound "warm" and analog without changing the dynamics?

For everything after the recording stage: hardware/software and how you use it.

I’m a psp vintage warmer fan, first plugin i ever bought and still used regularly. Not too sure what it’s doing but it makes things sound more analogue and less digital to my ear not for everyone maybe. I use the lightly overdriven tape setting on the main mix bus. It’s easy to use and thats a big plus for the amateur, simple presets, worth a try perhaps.

Similarly with me, for https://www.waves.com/plugins/greg-well ... MixCentric Greg Wells' MixCentric, less than $US30 currently.

My current favourite warmth-ifiers are:

Mixwave Coil CA-70S -- particularly good for taming sources that have an uncomfortably bright top end.

Goodhertz Tupe -- great for making things actually sound old, or creating the impression of a weighty bass whilst actually clearing up the real low end.

SoundToys Decapitator -- very versatile, again something I use a lot on individual sources but I wouldn't usually put it on the mix bus.

Softube Tape -- the most subtle tape emulator I've come across, often works very well on the mix bus.

McDSP APB Tape -- I don't know what it does, but nothing else does it!

+1 to the Soundtoys plugs
Anything which adds a series of 'odd' and 'even' harmonics on your input's source's fundamental frequency is going to add warmth and 'saturation', possibly some 'chaos' too. Some plugins add this without overplaying their intended effect (eg - the PSP VintageWarmer compressor series, the Soundtoys plugins, and Softube Empirical Labs series), but there are many others which can achieve this, including e.g. d16's 'Sigmund' delay, 'Devastor' distortion and 'Repdoptor' amp processors and some of the other PSP stuff.

The killer melody is in the bits between the bits

Which reminds me that Melda's MSaturator is part of their free plug-in set and allows you to choose the relative levels of your even and odd harmonics.

I like the Kazrog True Iron on channels and the mix bus. It warms everything up very subtly, but worth it.
