Anyone that can tell me if Hotone Ampero II come close to the sound of TH-U? I'm talking about Ampero II with expression pedal and 48v xlr mic in. But I guess Stomp and Stage sound almost the same.
My plan would be to use Hotone as my main audio interface and record everything via direct monitoring. Not sure if it has the quality I need for guitar am sounds. In comparison it looks like the included effects are much better than Tonex Pedal.
I was thinking of Tonex Pedal but when testing the Tonex plugin I was underwhelmed. I did not like anything about the Tonex plugin and the same goes for Amplitube. But I'm aware it's a matter of taste.
So could Hotone Ampero II be a good choice to use for guitar amp sounds and as my main audio interface? My favorite sounds are presets in TH-U Rig Player like Steve Lukather SLO100 lead sound.

I think $537 for Hotone Ampero II is a pretty good price in Sweden. How much is this in US?

The one I have bought is $599 at Sweetwater. There is the Stage version that is a bit more at Sweetwater. But I saw no reason to get Stage.
