I have some great mix. It sounds very good.
However, when analyzing it with Correlation some fragments are showing spikes between -1 and 0.
Question.
If it's critical to have Correlation between 0 ... +1 for mix?
Please advise.

No, its not critical or essential.
Lots of stereo recordings have small, occasional dips below 0, especially classical recordings using spaced mic arrays, or where wide, prominent reverbs or stereo chorus effects (erc) are being used.
So, if that describes your mix, I wouldn't worry too much about it -- but I would listen in mono just to make sure the balance isn't being compromised unacceptably during those negative excursions.
However, if the correlation meter spends a lot of time below 0, or moves close to -1, then you may have much more of a problem....
