I'm a clarinettist myself! And I'd never settle for it!
It occurs in the outro theme and really jars me...

Ugh, it's in the third bar of the outro, not the fourth.
Just heard it again...

Er... surely the easy solution is to, well, not watch Coronation Street...?
Your soul would feel all the lighter for it, I'm sure...

If you want to have your enjoyment of many of your favourite Beatles tracks ruined for all time in this way, suggest you go here. Careful, it's kind of addictive at the same time!

has anyone else ever noticed the engineer shouting "that's it" rather too early on
Leper Messiah by Metallica? the band do a final-sounding riff, pause for two secs, and then play the riff again. it's in the pause you hear the shout. of course, you can only hear it if you turn it right up, which is an entirely appropriate way to listen to Metallica...

Careful, onesecondglance, or you may get Lars on here telling us that it's a Metallica album and that's the way it's supposed to be, and if you call yourself a fan, then you're not, and anyway, he doesn't
want people like you to be his fans.
Just like he always does.
