Life is short and memory cards are cheap. Buy a Samsung card and replace the one you're using then see if any problems recur.

I used a SanDisk card that has fast read/write, but maybe Samsung is better

I've had SanDisk SD cards split at the seams.
SD cards as Delkin Black, Sony Tough are harder wearing but prices a bit eye watering like early 2000's card prices.
