I looked at USB 2 (i.e. socket 2) and thought, oh no, that's USB 3 (the connector type)

...and i've got patch panel envy...

Microphone patch panel construction.

All done and ready for ready for the rack and final wiring.

A bunch of cables made for the back of the rack and patch bay.

Could have bought a really decent mic for the cost of all these connectors!

Nice work. It's surprising how much the cost of cable and connectors stacks up isn't it...
